Rivway Primer 15ml

Rivway primer is needed when applying lashes. Removes the oils and any micro debris on the lash to have retention, help balance ph level, and create a great bond. 

Ingredients:

Water, Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, CI, Allnation, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Fragrance, Disodium, EDTA

Recommended Use:

Apply one small drop of primer on a micro fiber brush and apply to natural lashes.
